The Association Executives Council (AEC) of PHCC is the association for staff and executives of local, state and regional PHCC-National Association affiliated chapters.

  • Connect with executives to learn and share best practices and new ideas.

  • Join AEC Talks via Zoom or one of our in-person meetings during national PHCC events, as well as our summer Spectrum Conference.

  • Not only do we provide opportunities for education, we also promote your professional growth through scholarships to attend AEC, ASAE, or affiliated conferences.

  • AEC is your go-to connection to PHCC National, PHCC Educational Foundation, and PHCC Academy!

  • AEC's president has a position on the PHCC National Board of Directors. AEC also elects a member to serve on the PHCC Educational Foundation Board of Directors. We also work with PHCC National on multiple work-groups.

Help promote CONNECT 2025 where your members will experience three days of focused education, valuable networking opportunities and a must-see Product & Technology Showcase! AEC will hold our annual meeting and a board meeting while at the conference.

You won’t want to miss visiting our host city of Grand Rapids, which Expedia named one of America’s “Super Cool Cities.” The city is known for its awesome art, fantastic food, world-class beer and thriving live-music scene. PHCC Legislative Conference
Washington, DC

Each May, PHCC National hosts the PHCC Legislative Conference on Capitol Hill. AEC member are encouraged to attend with their members to meet with lawmakers and educate them on hot issues relative to workforce, economic stability, and energy.

The 2025 conference dates have not yet been released, but will be added to this site as soon as they are available!
